Dr. Kelsey Asplin is a Naturopathic Doctor and a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner™ who graduated from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington in 2015. She grew up in Lakewood, Colorado and has returned home to work in the community that fostered her beginnings. Dr. Kelsey also teaches and mentors students in the Integrative Health Care program at MSU Denver and serves as a board member for the Colorado Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
When she isn’t working, Dr. Kelsey enjoys kickboxing, weight lifting, country line dancing, and being outdoors with her partner, James, and their 9-year-old malamute, Rudy. She can often be found dreaming up her next hair-do (which changes frequently). Dr. Kelsey is an effective practitioner because of her open-mindedness, dedication, and attraction to helping others, along with a keen ability to simply “get” people.

Dr. Ivy Moreno is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a passion for uncovering the root cause of health concerns and creating individualized treatment plans than enable her patients to thrive. She genuinely loves connecting with and helping others and strives to provide a safe and supportive environment where others feel truly heard. With her exceptional ability to listen and connect, Dr. Ivy empowers individuals to achieve lasting wellness, helping them feel better in her care and beyond.
After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrative Healthcare from MSU Denver, she continued her pursuit of natural and holistic medicine at Bastyr University San Diego where she earned a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. During her time at Bastyr University, Dr. Ivy served on the executive board of the Naturopathic Medical Student Association (NMSA) and completed additional trainings in craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation and heart-rate variability biofeedback.
When she is not seeing patients, Dr. Ivy enjoys spending time outdoors, caring for her many houseplants, adventuring with her husband, Christian, and playing with their two pups Teddy and Ruger.
